Thanks for making this mod! I've always thought that it's dumb that Engie's Tuneup wears off even when a generator isn't running, so I'm glad I just discovered this mod.

I was the one that suggested this mod. Reason being? IRL, scheduled maintenance on things like generators and other heavy machinery is based *completely* on hours of runtime because it more accurately maps to how much wear and tear they accumulate. This way, you don't do anymore work on a piece of machinery than what is actually needed.

Like mementh said, in some cases it saves you a lot... while in others you wind up spending more time and resources on generators that see heavy usage.

yep.. its a bonus based on time.. so generators that run *ALOT* should have tune ups all the time.. and those not running alot should not be.. this changes so all are benifitting
