I used a tool from SCS called SCS Extractor.
Then you can find the needed file for these trailers in def\vehicle\trailer\TrailerName\FileName.sii
You can use these .sii files to save edit the trailers.

I would recommend searching a proper save editing guide for that.

Question, how did you export the old scs cisterns food tanks oil tanker etc. To the newer version of 1.54

I won't be able to fix the cargoes unfortunately.

With the new cargo system it's possible some things may have broken.

This mod was made in 1.53, so quite obviously it is compatible with 1.53.

SwissFario, your crashing is either due to pre-existing faulty save edits or other mods. This mod works fine at the moment.
Also just saying 'it crashed' is not helpful in the slightest. At the very least more info about what you were doing when it crashed and provide a game log if possible.
