Items found with Cut Resistance Efficiency during a casual playthrough:

• Talon Helmet MkII
• Mercenary Cuirass
• Stout Hessian Pants
• Ninja Mask - Longer
• Assassin's Leather Armor
• Ninja Mask - Flipped
• Rag Cowl
• Assassin's Shirt

With always the possibility for more that I just didn't find in-game.

enforcer armor, tsume armor mkii, light samurai armor, mercenry plate jacket and talon armor mkii still have cut efficiency
