Same problem as the others, any new trade centres built never hire anyone, so they never trade anything, also notice the world trade is less then even base game

Seconding what @Alhelhast said. Seems to only have 1 capitalist and doesn't hire any more.

There is a problem with the reduction of employees. At level 1, it leaves no merchant positions, which means that no office workers are hired and it remains stagnant without hiring anyone, thus preventing the construction of more trade centers, quickly leaving international trade stagnant at low levels.

Does your trade rework also contain the less staff requirements?

updated. this mod now has the highest trade as far as i know

trade rework is a bit more tame

this mod is for pushing trade to its limits without ruining compatibility.

trade rework is for trying to balance most trade without breaking balance too much.

This mod has a common issue where trade centers are mostly poor and usually never make money, i also had to remove capitalists from the buildings since they would always starve (they get paid off profit which trade centers dont make any)

But for people who want alot of trade and dont care about the centers being poor should use this

Yep even without the mod by mid game I have to cancel all my trade routes to avoid massive lag.

devs allegedly "fixed" the performance issues with trade.... can confirm that they did not fix the performance issues

bear in mind-this mod and others that increase trade cap can and will decimate performance
