I cant see why you would want to use this taunt casually in really any scenario other than finding it funny to kick a head into the sky like a soccer ball which is at least something.
This just feels kinda fucked to see Scout just playing with Heavy's head for such an extended duration. Letting it touch his neck and inner legs is also really creepy. Scout has been shown to be somewhat freaked out by amputation and loose heads, I think at best this taunt should be taken in a different direction where Scout comes upon and freaks out and kicks it away. As it is now, it just feels like its going too far for such a cowardly character.
None of the mercs are jovial about playing with their enemies' entrails. It's fucking gross and weird and doesn't even come close to medic's mad doctor aestheticism. But who cares, TF2 is a cesspit and nothing is off the table, anymore when it comes to molesting the base theme of the game.
Well, while I have made my comment earlier, I started thinking about other things about this taunt and my thoughts on it. While well animated and stuff, I don't think it fits the Scout very well. This is only my thoughts and it shouldn't discredit the effort made to the taunt and the creator's wishes in doing so.
Scout is seen more "cowardly" compared to the rest of the game's classes. While the game has gibs and all, Scout is seen scared when BLU Soldier shoots at BLU Spy's head on Meet the Spy (guys, I know it was a RED Spy all along, but RED Spy played the role of how Scout usually interacts with others).
Scout is more of a guy that would like to make other lives miserable than just straight up killing. Yes, you kill other players in the game, but his attitude is more of a bully. This is perfectly demonstrated on Meet the Scout. Here, we do see Scout and Heavy being rivals, but at all moments, Scout is seeing as the "big guy", the one that likes to bully. Heavy is seen what it looks to be dead at the end of Scout's short, but, unlike other Meet the Teams, it's one of the few that doesn't feature gore.
Scout, alongside Spy, is also the only two classes who can't gib other enemies (remember that Heavy has the Apoco-Fists and Sniper has the Classic). While the Medic can't, he is seen doing surgery on Meet the Medic.
I am sure there are counter-points you could make with my thoughts, but, I still stand with my points.
Its just the people approving the cosmetics into the game are not the same people who made cosmetics and taunts fitting into this game aestetic
Regardless of anything, the people complaining about your soccer ball concept are just plain stupid
but I feel mixed about the head instead of a ball
Lowkey dont think Valve would add this the way it is, as I doubt its the OG Valve employees choosing what cosmetics get added
That said, wish you best of luck, this is a very well made taunt
