There is a materials error on the backside of the right shoulder, like the textures have this splotch of the default Scout shirt exposed. I don't know if that's an error on the Loadout.tf or what, but please look into getting it sorted out. Also disagree, I think the stripes look good.

The undershirt design is just not very good here. It would be better off a plain design instead of stripes, the paint region doesn't help here either. Otherwise it would've been a good cosmetic

besides the reference this is one of my favorite scout miscs. really hope it gets added some day
