I think it should be team colored, although it wouldn't fit with the name, it would fit in the game more.

Because textures are over-rated

The new in-game picture he posted is Spy wearing them, but the textures aren't there!

Try and fix that so we can see what it looks like with the textures!

Congrats on your first entry! I don't know what to say about this though. I think the model is well done... But what I've learned from adding an item to the workshop (I recently added my own first entry as well), is that if you make this page more attractive it will get you more ratings/visitors/comments. So I would make sure that before you submit an entry, have some attractive screenshots/in-game videos/animations to lure people in. Keep in mind that I don't have that many experience myself, but it makes sense in my head at least. ;)
