how to add custom music, step 1: open 2 file explorers, find bhop_enthusiast.gma. step 2: with the other file explorer go to your gmod files, (steam, gmod then right click and manage, then open local file). step 3: copy/drag bhop_enthusiast.gma into gmad.exe, once done it should open cmd for a split second and opens a new file tab with the gma file with the folder, open the folder and copy yout .wav (must be .wav) into the sounds.

Are there in-game config for this? I really do like it as a joke mod to slip in with my friends, but I do wish it took a longer amount of time/consecutive jumps passed to start playing.

i modified my sandbox player class so it doesnt have the jump boosting that forces you to jump at a certain speed and i can just actually bhop all over the place and this'll be the mantlepiece

hafs i tried to make it as forgiving as possible cuz you have a 0.2 second time frame to jump so it might be latency, if you want i can make the time window adjustable for the next update

is the music clientside or does it emit from your player? it'd be really funny if you just hear the music briefly as a person flies by you

i only ever get to hear the first couple seconds of the song because you have to keep a constant streak of frame perfect bhops or else it cuts out. sad

Miguel Rivera i think that’s caused by you hitting the floor and jumping within the time frame and then vclipping (because you haven’t hit the floor it doesn’t check if you’re still bhopping)
