After giving this mod a full play through again, The only thing that seemed to be broken for me was the Tau cannon on the buggy was missing. Aside from that this mod held together with duct tape ran perfectly. Might need to create a separate campaign for the dojo, or I might not know the commands on how to run the Dojo map with day hard mounted instead of it autoloading HL2.
Other than that very good!

I am going to miss the G.W. Bush Menu screen cutscene.

Hint to kill the Antlion at the Airport - I think we have to play the mod with HL2 'pure', no Episodes 1 or 2 loaded in memory and no other mods. With this the button to deactivate the forcefield works and the game doesn't crash when the antlion dies.

Something is causing the ragdolls to behave strangely, verify files. Replay that part on a clean install

@LORD DOGGO You have a ragdoll mod or something similar, This mod is best played with NO other mods for compatibility sake.

Play with no other mods mounted.
Sometimes HL2 doesnt mount correct, try and have HL2 mounted before playing this mod.
