This mod is originally from 2006 or 7, from a website that no longer exists, by a user nobody here was known to. So the uploader can't be expected to update or change it as if they originally made it.

I disagree, @Chief. The look of this model fits well enough with the look of the vanilla game. This is about good as a Samus mod for Half Life can be without her looking too out of place.

I can second this, the mod will also need to cover the version of Alyx in use for episode 2 otherwise it will revert

hello, the mod is great, the only problem I've come across was that in hl2 ep2 at the start when alyx (Samus) gets attacked by the hunter the model reverts back to default alyx, i think it might be sense injured alex has a different file/model but i could be wrong, besides that great mod :Bsha_VII:

@Count_Bungus Thanks for this comment. I had no idea it wasn't working because I followed all the steps for the "custom" folder mods, not realizing the mod worked locally and wasn't working here. It should be working now.
