Just Unboxed A Strange unusuak Citizen cane with this effect ik it is supose to look like drunk effect but it kinda looks themed with the candy cane the effect gives like a candy bubble vibe at the same time

Honestly, this feels so obvious I'm shocked it wasn't in the game a decade ago. I suppose because we already have a more generic bubbles unusual?

Regardless, it's unobtrusive, unique, and even fits well within the setting. That's extremely rare for unusual effects!
