The TFA-VOX reupload in the requirements works perfectly. So, that's one mystery solved. XD

yeah i got the same issues as Talon, though unlike them i have had it happen with some other vox packs too so idk if its a pack or vox specific issue

It's a weird quirk, to be honest. Considering how the crowbar and the two Antlion Guard variants work despite doing melee damage. I'm guessing maybe they're coded differently from other melee sources? Unsure. It's just WEIRD. XD

I guess that's coding in a nutshell.

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't know there is a special voiceline just for melee as I based this initially on the template provided from the original TFA-VOX. I'll look into it when I have more time and update to have more sounds for those categories.

I will note that this doesn't affect the other VOX packs that I have, or used to have, and even when I have all of my usual addons running too.

I did a few tests with just this VOX pack plus a few other addons (mainly a player model, model selector, and TFA VOX). It seems that certain damage types don't trigger the damage voice clips for some reason.

These are the ones that I've found: Falling damage, zombie melee, stun batton melee, manhack melee, hunter melee, rollermine, antlion melee, and antlion worker acid spit.

Weirdly, these forms of melee work: Crowbar and Antilion Guard/Guardian melee.
