I added automedic_on and automatic_medical .wav files. They don't exactly say "automatic medical assistance" since I couldn't find the file with those exact same words.

i think its playing the whole song too but its kinda making me deaf tho

i straight up laughed my ass off when i heard "World is Mine/Sekai de" at full blast instead of the Valve Intro when booting up Mission Improbrable so id say Peak Mod 10/10
