wait, okay so a few seconds ago i just realized what it does.

the citizen's clothing texture is changed to be a puffer jacket, but if you also have the citizen alyx mod installed, it makes her wear a puffer jacket too, albeit, a little scuffed

my only critiscism is that at times the map looks too basic and plain. you can add foliage like dead grass, bushes, trees on the sides of roads etc.
