I used the 9 hour video as well. It wasn't as bad as I thought because most voice rips from games are organized into categories such as cutscenes, scenarios, grunts, etc. When it came to finding specific voicelines, I tried remembering the phrases Author said the last time I played RDRII and used the YouTube transcript button, ctrl + f and typed the phrase and got the time code.
