the air becomes HD. see, when HL2 released in 2004, Valve used some pretty low res assets for the air (128x128!) with this mod, it becomes 1024x1024

I was honestly shocked by this outstanding mod. This adds a whole new level of immersion, as well as doing a great job of refreshing your overall Half Life: 2 experience. Valve must hire you.
