@godgorr i may of included the default ai strat file by accident. ill take a took in a few hrs (sorry for late reply)

@JoeFedz inside static_modifiers, "DR_dev.txt",
"incorporated_state = {
state_building_conscription_center_max_level_add = 250
}" change the 250 to whatever, or just remove the 3 lines

i don`t know why these errors generated, but i toggled every mod once and only war rework mode make errors. can you help?

I think you may want to nerf China a bit by modifying the opium war modifier or so, since it became so much harder to conquer China after the first 5 years of the game

updated again, one battle was doing way more devastation then i set it too, so each battle should do 1 devastation now but this is vicky so its prolly gonna be 3 or some shit

thanks for the quick update. Coupled with the new famine mechanics, my country went from 10mil to 4 million people because of a war in 1840s.

honestly gas should just prevent most of the devastation from battles cause that was like it's whole purpose and why it was such a revalation imo it would feel best if mil tech changed the way wars felt over the course of the game like that

Great Power War can easily reach 100% devastation.
−0.01 devastation per day = −3.65 per year.
100% devastation need 27 year. 1/5 game time. It feel broken.

Devastation decreases too slow. If you have 100% devastation in other culture colony.
Turmoil + devastation = (75%+100% = -175% ,but min 5% construction efficiency ).
At least 220+ weeks to build a ports.
e.g : France captures Beijing. 75% Turmoil + 100% devastation, no ports.
Mortality rate 22.9%(-1.45M) per year and you can't do nothing.

sorta if you want this mods changes to be active makesure the load order looks like

"1. ultra historical warfare
2. war rework"
in the playsets load order, other way around if you want ultra historical warfares stuff to take effect over this one
