The bird bath itself is not interactable, it's just a clue. You need to put the birds feeders on something different. Solution: Press use on the wooden poles after picking up the containers.

yeah im saying i pressed each one and went to the bird bath each time after reloading each time and nothing happened lol

Just updated and hopefully improved the "Feed the birds" puzzle! Also removed shadows from multiple structures for more FPS
