@Octomium make sure the worldmodels that you use have a bone called "ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand" as by default, this is how you attach worldmodels to the players hand bone position without any additional logic.

Nevermind. It's a flaw with Total Replacer.

Are there no world models? I'm using Total Replacer and the models don't seem to be appearing when I replace the Medkit with any of the kits from this mod.
