I love your 2x lot size homes. It's the most common size i use since most homes in the US used quarter acre lots until the last couple decades, and game wise 2x sized lots work best on reasonable slopes.

I use some 3x lots for corners and only really use 4x lots for the most modern McMansion style homes. At this point, I think i can start naming my cities Smileyville, as most of residential stuff is yours.
