Could this be edited to allow for it to work while the "Fast Move" admin option is enabled? Would be a good "Spectator" mod addition.

If you mean the "/name" command, that command changes the character's name and surname. With the sandbox option, you'll see not the username, but the name/surname they changed it to.

In roleplay servers players often disguise themselves by changing their chat name. So with this mod players can check who they are talking to

Can still be used to reveal someones name right? Since often real name=login name for role play servers

there is already a sandbox option named "Use Real Name". just search for Follow Player sandbox options :)
