Went down a rabbit hole where I managed to find and purchase the same model that appears in the SPERM mod. I resized to be what I think is the realistic size of the M1 Garand but now it uses the same dope SPERM textures and I managed to include the animation features that was present in the old model.

the Sperm M1 model doesn't have the animations I wanted to implement so no, but I can take a look at changing the stamp

Have you thought about using the M1 Garand model from the SPERM mod? The model currently used has an "International Harvester Co" stamp on the receiver, and I believe they didn't start producing M1's until 1952.

unless you got a whole new model nope, you can't add stuff to this model that isn't a bipod or a carry handle

This only happens in the "Unbloused" configuration with HBT pants and in every configuration with wool trousers. Is this the same issue you described to me earlier?

US field is the designation given to it by Spearhead, I renamed the ones I made as M1941, I didn't override the uniforms I hid those to make is easier when looking for the M1941 uniforms

Spawning the P51B pops up an error about the magazine, and the p51B has no guns.

I meant the one called "US Field Jacket HBT", so the M1941 with HBT pants.
What I tried to explain was just that I found it odd that "US Field Jacket HBT" is only avaible on units who spawn with it and I cant find it when dressing another unit. Know what I mean? It's no big deal since its available under another name, I just couldn't wrap my head around why this specific designation, "US Field..." disappears from the arsenal when I try to select it for another unit.

also which HBT specific uniform are you referring to? there are currently 3: HBT 1943, HBT 1938 Coveralls and the USMC P41 HBT. The rest are either the camo ones which I haven't done yet or the standard field jackets with HBT pants.

the latter 2 images are a result of a ranking system script attached to the @simc_lcd_44 mod. There's nothing I can do about it but you can fix that in the attributes section in eden. Also that uniform is the M1941 jacket, if you search M1941 in the ace arsenal you should see options currently available for it. One of which is the HBT pants option.

Oh, I love it.
But I found some messed up textures. The HBT uniform is only available when I place a unit who is already wearing them (like a Ranger). I can not find this specific uniform name in the arsenal when I try to put it onto another unit who was not spawned with it. I also can not ad insignia to it in the ACE arsenal.
Is this the result of conflicting mods or genuine to this one here? Any idea?

it hasn't been finished yet, I have to make a lot of permutations to finish them. Soon :tm: The standard versions that exist are still available for you to nab in the arsenal

Cant Figure out why, but I cant select Pfak on any of the m2 para helmets, ive tried all the different combinations. Also cant select Pfak on any of the 1942 jump uniforms (the one tied to the boot). Not sure if this is how its supposed to be or not.

If only someone could release PTO Map and IJA Faction Mods. As a US Marine myself, I really appreciate your attention to detail and historical accuracy. I had a chance during my career to meet a few Veterans of the PTO, and I would have loved to make missions paying homage to their struggles and valor.

Brother the M1s are absolutely amazing, great work! however, at this point you know I love testing out all your work. This time I noticed that the M1s Iron sights aren't properly zeroed to their respective ranges. As it stands all ranges are set to ~300 meters. This isn't game breaking by any means, since this is in line with its true to life effective range.

and to be clear there shouldn't be a conflict, I simply purposely replaced them

well I won't be removing the M1 model, but what I can do is make it to where they don't override but I will override the spearhead one

Is there a way for me to remove the new M1 Garand model?
There are some complications with the simc_lcd_44 mod and i prefer their M1s.
Really love everything else in this mod, especially the Thompsons

Is the M1 Carbine M4 Bayonet just cosmetic? Just curious, because it doesn't actually function like the M1 on the M1 Garand.
