Hi TwoFaceTony, I'm not sure how I'd do an indicator in game, I don't work on mods that much anymore, but maybe at some point I'll give it a go, but I can't really promise anything with how little I do of Wildfrost lately, sorry.

It would be nice if there was some sort of in-game indicator for this mod. That way you don't have to come back to this page every time you want to check who works together.

if I wanted to do that, I think I would need to patch some vanilla code since this uses mostly vanilla code

can we get a config option to allow fusing when on the bench, or somehow get an option to fuse after picking them up? I've messed up the setup when trying to fuse a couple times either cuz I forgot or didn't realize I had the other on the bench.

OKAY! I found the full log, but I think the start is the most important (due to the 1000 character comment issue for posting here):

FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Config Manager, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.

Is Config Manager a dependency for the mod? I only grabbed this mod itself not knowing of any dependencies (first time modding this game specifically). I enabled Config Manager and now things are mostly working.

I'm not sure why it's happening then, without the full error message I'm not sure what I can do to try help, I think you can potentially find the error log in the game files, it should be at like AppData\LocalLow\Deadpan Games\Wildfrost\Errors, it shows all experienced errors in order, so you can have the error happen, then the error will appear at the bottom of the text file and you can copy/paste it. if you can't figure it out here, feel free to reach out on the discord
I won't be able to help until tomorrow, but I can try my best when I see the error message

This was the literal first mod I tried to run.
After posting that string of Unity stuff, I tried a few other mods and they activate just fine. Turning them all back off and trying this mod caused the same problem. It's consistent.

Saw that you have added the option to display fanart in the mod, and I decided to draw some for Nova/Bombom! I don't know if you're actively taking fanart, but if you are, where can I send it? I love your mod and I would love to be able to contribute :)

yes, as stated in the description of the mod, if a unit is in the Reserve area, they cannot be fused

I just had something similar happen. I Had Tiny Tyko on the bench, and when i picked up Pootie they did not fuse. It might be because TT was not in my active party at the time.

you're saying you're turning it "on and off", are you turning it off *then* going in to play? if so, just leave the mod on

im just turn on and off, and apply it with config manager it works, not sure why

not sure if im activate it right, but there is no animation when i already pick blunky and lupa and naked gnome, nothing fused and i notice if i exit menu try turn on and off the mod again, suddenly total companion jumped to 5 seems like just getting unfused

you turn it on in the mod menu, once you've done so when you pick up two compatible companions, they'll combine

Love the mod! Suggestion: I am able to put the gnome charm on units like Snoffel+Yuki. It makes the unit aimless, but it still says "Hit's all snowed targets". Maybe either make it impossible to gnome charm said unit, or make the charm change the text.

I've added some images that contain the cards so you can look at them if you want to, there will be more cards coming soon, just got to work on the last few and do sprites, and then each companion will have at least one tag team they're a part of

when you get both companions that make up a tag team, they make the tag team card (basically replacing the 2 companions with the 1 tag team).
