if the card does not work, it means that you have not activated the Lau for barotrauma mod (if downloaded at all), and yes it needs to be activated.
1.Create a server. In the main menu, select "Create Server". A drop-down menu "Server executable file" will appear under the password field. Select it and change it from "Vanilla" to "Lua For Barotrauma — DedicatedServer".
2.Start the server. Click the "Start" button.
3.After uploading to the server, run the command in the console. In the server lobby, open the console (default is F3). In the dialog box that opens, type "install_cl_lua" and press Enter.
4.A pop-up window will appear indicating that Lua has been successfully installed and the game needs to be restarted for the changes to take effect.
After that, the map will work.

dear lads and ladies, this map requires mod "manna buildables" that was removed from steam, i dont know if there is a way to go around but i know that without this mod you wont be able to spawn dummies for your sick expirements.

Found how to fix it. You go into submarine editor, choose mercy hospital and click test. Then use the command daiter said.

Been working on an upgraded version of this map and noticed on the files that the Localization files in Russian are set for English for some reason, so the default language is set to russian on the components, probably a small mistake that could be fixed

Only issue i have is that i feel like the bandits stay for way less time than in the previous versions of the map, the bandits in the simulacrum sector last too little, they used to shoot the bait until their arms fell off in some cases
