Salutations! I've Successfully recreated this ship on (seemingly) an exact 1-1, Except a few liberties I made to fill in gaps that are not shown in the reference images.
I'd also recommend taking a look under comments in Xedus Shipyards collections if you have not yet.

why is this a world and not just a blueprint?

Myself and my first offcer found this ship and when my first officer went to try it out, The rockets blew the front up. He really liked the ship but had to fix it and took a little bit of time.
