Would it be possible to do modified War support where if the War Support is at Zero the country just surrenders?

Would it be possible to have at zero stability that the country capitulate ?

The biggest problem with this mod after months of using it is that if you are attempting to flip to an ideology and you have a civil war from 0% stability, you lose all of that progress instantly. Like no, I want to be apart of the ones rebelling, not the current government.

How long does it take for a civil war to start after achieving 0 stability?

I could definitely play around with that. Right now it waits around 30 days to trigger after 0% stability is hit. I could make a one-time event that happens when you first hit 0% stability, giving you a warning and an 'appeasement' goal which delays the civil war, but if not completed even with higher stability will still trigger.

That, or, I was going to create another or multiple sister mods that give more decisions that involve stability and politics. Especially since with the new dlc there are no broken focus trees causing runaway communism growth in countries.

can you make it so when you hit 0% stability it starts like a mission where you need to increase it back to above 0% within 30 days and if you don't you explode

Hello @Flummox, this is one of my favorite mods on the workshop. i really like the mechanics of this mod. sadly, my other favorite mod, Occupation Zones by Goth_Rung makes it so you can create occupation zones, however each occupation zone starts with 0 stability, which means there's always a civil war every week or so...it's a real shame. anyways dunno what you can really do about it, just kinda wanted to vent lol

I still maintain my suggestion of creating an option in the game rules to define the time a country needs to remain at 0 stability for civil war to occur, such as 1 year, 2 years, 6 months, etc.
