No part should be adding automated mining drills, that sounds like a factory bug, try just re-adding the ship to the factory to see if it clears up the list.
Only other thing I can think of is you're not running Reforged Eden 2 but maybe Reforged Eden 1?

Hi Spanj, this ship look incredible but I have a question please. When I add this hip in my factory, It's look like I need 4 Automated Asteroid Harvester Drill Turret but I don't know what part do that. I put in creative and all is fine. I saved the new ship in creative and same thing on HWS server. So, any idea what part can add Automated Asteroid Harvester Drill Turret please ?

Recognized it from Star Trek right away. I think you can make it land on a planet anyway with a little adjustment. Nice looking ship.
