ah, i think the reason is that the texture who was made by that person was made before TLS update, and their .VMTs are old as hell...

The black grips look like they have a gloss finish.
A lot of pre TLS skins also have this problem.
I can take a screenshot if you like.

are they that shiny now?... i think it's the shading settings, that's why...

Wow. I am not the biggest fan of the default pistols, but this skin is so sporty!
