I checked your mod's files and I found out why some of your mods' gfx don't work. Some of your gfx's paths and names don't match the original's(Like the main theme). And I saw some gfxs don't get their replacements for now, like Hua Guofeng in XNJ and Bo Yibo in XBJ.

Looks like it doesn't make sense for me, maybe you should check your files' forms or names or anything else, like the *.mod, since I copied it into the original mod's folder gfx and it works.
