u are right that simply creating the comps is 2 OP
i aslo think that the frams beeing grindbl is a good way 2 remove the luck aspact of what block u get out of the encounters
insted of incresing the HP of the existing blocks maybe a armord version is better u would need 2 spend ither more of a prototech comp. or if not prototech than metal grids or plates 2 protect it
i think incresing something should come at a cost so maybe simular 2 heavy armor they weigh more (and ofc the cost)
