Should be fixed now. Was because the ConfigFileUtility code was updated for NS2's changes in 273 and it used something that doesn't exist in Combat (and it didn't even need to use it anyway).

Thanks, the issue appears to be the binds. As a result users can not vote for maps ect. :mac:

No NS2 or Combat server can do without!
