Over 1500 hrs in this game and this is still the mod I remember and love the most. As long as I play this game I will always hope this mod will be finished and updated.

Also would any DLCs need to be uninstalled for it to work? If so which ones? Also would this be compatible with mods that allow building walls on minor settlements, and prevent embarking on transports except at ports? Or does it include thos features already?

We had the same UI guy as haegmonia. Both mods are rather different and in different states. Which is the best is not for me to say cos i am biased but yes the current release version should have those cards.

Your mod is amazing! It's a less complicated and enjoyable alternate choice to Divide Et Impera, and most of all - it gives Roman Legions the so adorned shield wall ability. My only critique is text and UI color. The bright pink UI color sometimes make the white text, such as building price, difficult to see. With such minor graphical issues fixed, I believe you'll have a solid overhaul.

There is no estimation for release yet. When we start internal testing and general rebalance/polishing then we will probably be able to give a release estimation. Until then, too much can go wrong.

and i have all the respect in the world for people who make a big mod and stick with it, I don't think I've played much of the mod, but when this update releases i will. I'd rather play the full thing than play a bit and feel unsatisfied

Large mods take a long time to do, for us most of the time is spent on research. If we were to make up stuff and just base our units on osprey we could have been in the same position as other well known mods but chose to put more focus on historical accuracy.

It is most definitely not dead. We've just finished off our pergamon roster as well as a rework of sparta and athens. Only a few factions left to do rosters for now. I sure as hell hope we can release in 2018 :P But no promises.

I can't give many more details. The armies had not been sabotaged. They were 100 percent fresh and each time it was the very first battle in the campaign. Can you give a few examples of these morale modifies?

In campaign there are many morale modifiers which can impact units prebattle including some new scripted mechanics. Without more details it's hard to say what the cause is in your particular instance.
