Basically you subscribe to this page after you download the POSTed: POSTAL 2 Development Kit in that link above...then start up your Postal 2 game in your games list and then do as said in the ++++ How To Use ++++ section that is above these comments

Yes I have, it will say it is downloading the map, but then it crashes, aswell as my steam crashes.

I downloaded this... everytime I load up Postal 2 When I download this my game & steam crashes.....
