Hi, is this achievement compatible ?
Frem74 15 sep om 19:00
Still works when I tried it
CS-HS 15 sep om 4:38
Does this need an update?
Passos 14 sep om 8:40
This pissed me off. Thanks for fixing it
Aten 29 aug om 17:33
Essential mod. Thanks @Nye, truly thankyou (:
Siberian Frontier 11 aug om 9:36
I recommend putting THIS mod ABOVE Real Freedom, they are compatible this way. I don't know why but this mod touches some of the Laamp Interactions so you can't get it unless you are in struggle. ep3 laamp interactions file is only thing that keeps bankruptcy
Siberian Frontier 10 aug om 15:23
I may make a compat patch for it actually
Siberian Frontier 10 aug om 15:23
Not compatible with some interactions of real freedom.
Ġedryht of Wōden 7 aug om 9:19
Could this be causing rulers to not get paid (& me not lose any money) when they offer to join my war for gold? I accept & they join the war but my gold doesn't go down & their gold remains the same.
Nye  [auteur] 14 jun om 4:56
I have no idea
Ġedryht of Wōden 14 jun om 2:05
Is this compatible with The Fallen Eagle?
Sublimis 10 jun om 19:09
Just giving you a heads up. This mod breaks some interactions in AGOT, particularly the Targaryen Exiles interaction.
Solack (Zacle) 7 jun om 14:39
yeah can confirm as well. This mod does wonders for ensuring the AI maintain their Eco with Adventurerers around
Dere 1 jun om 18:25
Yeah I just went into the base vanilla game to test that theory, and no. I still bankrupted the AI utterly after a job, so this mod is far from obsolete.
Nye  [auteur] 20 mei om 11:22
I'll believe it when I see it
FunGaming44 20 mei om 7:37
looks like this is no longer needed since they added code into the game so ai and player will not go bankrupt anymore because of these situations
97thBear 12 mei om 19:13
after posted the history, thanks again for giving me opportunity to work for lord or king I like to serve instead broke ass employer. in wars, he give me golds by loots rights, criminal contracts then he hides some gold for... dark work. now I can good works for lord to help his people, catching bad guys and look good doing it. Cheers
97thBear 12 mei om 19:09
plus in wars, it not often known but after battles, christian armies do loot their defeated enemies and both conscripted peasants and nobles in knights loot their enemy for either coin, equipments to sell or weapons blacksmith can buy, dare say half of medieval armies only payment to their army as historian (but not university employed) don't believe me, check out Holy roman empire, emperor barely pay their soldiers
-=Illumifant=- 22 apr om 9:42
What about compatibility? Is it compatible with anything - aside from probably not working with landless mods?
Nye  [auteur] 15 mrt om 10:22
I haven't tested it yet. Feel free to let me know
IratePirate 15 mrt om 9:56
Does this still work?
Chensar 20 jan om 9:43
Thanks yes it has been fixed. It definitely was this mod
Nye  [auteur] 20 jan om 8:16
Updated and fixed. When you request gold from a patron, they now pay the correct amount, and the correct amount is displayed.
Nye  [auteur] 19 jan om 12:58
Yes banditry does not deduct from their gold. I don't want to put the time into figuring out which part of the code would allow that to happen.
Insane_Laughter 19 jan om 12:15
Does this mod also affect banditry? Will bandit contracts not steal money from the contract's target?
Nye  [auteur] 19 jan om 11:25
@Chensar I will test and fix this tomorrow, have you confirmed that it's not a mod conflict and is definitely this one?
Chensar 19 jan om 9:36
When using the mod. If I request gold from a patron it won't do anything. The request goes through but I won't get any gold.
Nye  [auteur] 17 jan om 1:53
Good spot, will update later
Dimquinox 17 jan om 0:11
when making a request for gold, the interface shows double gold amount due to:

send_interface_toast = {
type = event_toast_effect_good
title = contact_list_request_interaction.request_gold_tt
left_icon = scope:actor
right_icon = scope:recipient
scope:actor = {
show_as_tooltip = {
add_gold = scope:requested_gold_value
}
}
scope:actor = {
add_gold = scope:requested_gold_value
}
scope:recipient = {
#pay_short_term_gold = {
# target = scope:actor
# gold = scope:requested_gold_value
#}
add_opinion = {
modifier = laamp_used_contact_opinion
target = scope:actor
opinion = -40
}
}
}

there are double add_gold
Nye  [auteur] 13 jan om 2:32
There may be a conflict with another mod. I haven't played ck3 in months but there is nothing in this mod that would make that happen.

It would be a good idea to use this mod with nothing else to confirm.
Excuse me Sir? 12 jan om 13:18
Using this mod, I will receive gold in two stacks.
TheLoneWanderer 12 dec 2024 om 11:24
@Nye - CROW is posting messages for many mods with the same useless statement "Update pls" message without any idea if an update is needed or not
CROW 28 nov 2024 om 12:11
Tx
Nye  [auteur] 28 nov 2024 om 10:13
Have you confirmed it doesn't work because I'd imagine it does
CROW 28 nov 2024 om 7:00
Update pls
Nye  [auteur] 16 okt 2024 om 8:02
@Lyra I've had a look and there's nothing obvious that I could quickly change to make it work. I don't have enough time currently to study what exactly needs to be changed
Lyra_Heartstrings 16 okt 2024 om 7:37
How it goes with a plan part?
Really interested with toying with my friend empire by doing some criminal contracts, but really don't want allow AI adventurers bankrupt everything again...
Scullex 11 okt 2024 om 3:39
i didn't even know this could be a issue so its good to run into this mod
TurtleShroom 7 okt 2024 om 17:25
What does this Mod overwrite?
Nye  [auteur] 6 okt 2024 om 6:21
@Cairsiden I agree with your sentiments, I really like the DLC in general, but the way they have handled resource management is sloppy. That's a bit outside the scope I want to deal with, but I'm very much hoping that Paradox at some point come up with something different.
Cairsiden 6 okt 2024 om 3:23
I'm not asking that YOU do this, but personally my take on this debacle is that they shoulda made it so each ruler has an additional funds, let's call it "Adventurer Points" for instance. Doing certain things or building certain buildings or whatnot could get you more of those points and allow you to hire adventurers to do all the stuffs that they do, the points would automatically convert to gold for paying the adventurer and therefore the liege isn't forced to live off cat food.
Nye  [auteur] 6 okt 2024 om 3:20
@Cairsiden They still have to pay for mercenaries
Cairsiden 6 okt 2024 om 3:17
Also if you changed it (not sure if you did) you might wanna make sure they're still getting charged for their mercenaries. Otherwise wars are going to get a little weird.
SPUDSOFTHEAPOCALYPSE 6 okt 2024 om 2:00
Cheers, man. Appreciate it.
Nye  [auteur] 6 okt 2024 om 1:27
@SPUDSOFTHEAPOCALYPSE - Actually a great point, I'll see what I can do.
SPUDSOFTHEAPOCALYPSE 6 okt 2024 om 1:18
Can you make it so some criminal contracts (scams, heists and robberies, not murders or abductions) actually take the money? Part of the intention with those is that you're seriously fucking up the country.
Nye  [auteur] 6 okt 2024 om 0:35
@Cairsiden The payout values weren't changed, only the method of payment to make it 'magic gold'. CK3 seems to do weird things with multipliers for contracts. For war contracts for example, they seem to be multiplied by how much you've contributed to it, so sometimes it ends in ridiculous situations. For example I agreed to a contract with Alfred to help him defend England from the Norse, I thought I was going to get a small amount, ended up with 1800+ gold, leaving him with like -1600. Paradox just did weird shit with this DLC and either forgot to, or chose not to put caps on how much the AI can provide vs their actual gold amount.
Cairsiden 6 okt 2024 om 0:01
So a quick question...you didn't change any of the values being paid to the adventurer correct? I seem to be getting paid double for each contract, but I downloaded this at the same time as the adventurer nerf mod, so it might be that one. Or it might be because i'm suddenly in japan for the first time since the MB+ mod updated. I hear they do stuff different over there vis a vis vending machines and such. (yes, i'm trying to troubleshoot multiple mods at a time, brilliant no?)
Whatever 5 okt 2024 om 6:02
ummm ackshully bankrupting the realm is based
Nye  [auteur] 4 okt 2024 om 23:04
@TheLoneWanderer I actually quite like landless gameplay but I think paradox rushed it out. It just seems like they wanted it in but didn't know the best way to go about it so we have this trainwreck balancing instead 😂
