No, this game is made on an engine different from HL2, so it's all there when you download it.

i also like to think that all the sandbox maps are in 1 combined area, (pun unintended) and the citadel in these 3 maps is the same one from different angles

this has happened before to other maps i downloaded, but i cant remember which one or why

The sign is supposed to be down, but I have no idea what's causing the building walls to be removed, Either it's a problem with your game or you need to redownload the map.

and also the sign for the club in the back alley fell off

multiple buildings near the smart barriers have walls removed, floating lights, rooves ontop of other buildings, being inside the barriers, etc. one building has the entire second floor clipping inside the first floor sideways
