It seems like the naval focuses (specifically the ones that give you decisions to buy ships and subs off other nations and convert merchant ships) are bugged. No decisions unlocked or appeared anywhere, leaving me shipless, and with no research on ships to begin with, that's a painful position. I really like the rest of the mod though, a fun time! Got the secret focuses up, and hoping I can put them to some use.

i would love this mod but unfortunately it basically entirely hinges on the spanish civil war, which is completely awful to try and do anything with (paradox's fault of course) so trying to play is a chore and not fun whatsoever.
