Would be nice if you could select to reset just one thing, but otherwise it works well.

My problem is that I use the button on a prison from the workshop, and although the button seems to get rid of all the prisoners, when I add in new ones, those prisoners refuse to sleep and riot. I think it has something to do with the laundry, I've tried waiting a few days to clean it and nothing has happened. If any of you have a solution that would be much appreciated.

Okay , still works in v.28 , go to your objects list and find a object called "Reset" have a workman install it and it will freeze for a few seconds then all prisoners , guards , workman , will disappear.

Is there an option to ONLY remove Dead Prisoners? My morgue just stacks up with the dead.

make a mod that removes outside rubble that is created during a fire.
in the current game you can't remove it

You add the object and it removes
Removes Guards
Removes Workman
Removes Living Prisoners
Removes Dead Prisoners

Nice update :) You maybe should go futher with your mod with a "real" reset.
Remove also all the statistics related to reform/contraband/death/escape/etc ingame ;)
