I've been enjoying Attila TW for a time, but this is EXACTLY what I was hoping to see. It runs better than Attila and the Mongols look fantastic!
Also I would include a few extra units for the Mongols:
1. Dismounted Light Lancers (Medieval 2)
2. Dismounted Heavy Lancers (Medieval 2)
3. Korean Spearmen (From Shogun)
4. Tsering Infantry (From Atilla)
5. Hashar (From Attila)
6. Chakh Crossbowmen (From Atillz)
7. Mongol Foot Archers (A different name for Mongol Bowmen)
8. Thunder Bombers (From Shogun)
I know the Mongols aren't an infantry faction however in the East Asian campaign I wanted to make their infantry roster slightly bigger I still would keep the units from the Persian and European invasions as well though
Also the Mongols can change from a horde to a settled civilization if possible

Qara khitai is missing in custom battle too, but it was one of the most important factions just before the Mongol invasion of khwarazmian empire. Qara khitai fought Mongols, Khwarazmian empire and Seljuk Empire (Battle of Qatwan).

In range and power, a crossbow is equivalent to a longbow or compound bow that is about half the crossbow's draw weight.
And why your crossbows have bigger range than bows?

1. Increased garrisons for Mongols.
2. Improved Mongols' spawn army compositions.
3. Now Mongols can recruit own units in eastern cities.
4. Added more Mongols spawns, if you play vs them.
