Oh I also forgot to mention. Primarina tame (friendly) and wild (hostile) NPCs are available under primarina_NPC in the NPC tab. ;)

No problem! Just in case this gets removed again due to Nintendo take downs, back up this version on Google Drive as well. I always do that for things I wanna keep safe. :steamthumbsup:

there was a TON i wanted to fix tbh, I just didn't have as much time since college among other life endeavors like getting an actual job lol

Here is a backup of Primarina, with the arms and also with the citizen and combine type NPCs I added. There might be other things you may have wanted to fix that I don't know about though. XD

I think I still have a backup with the hands as well though but when I tested it the Texture groups were all kinds of whack so I'd have to do some updating anyways

Aww. It appears that the flippers don't show up when holding weapons.
