may i ask which folder or file are they in? gamemode/sandbox/entites/weapons or else? i didn't find any function related to autospawn

urban coalition was the greatest thing that has ever happened to gmod weapon modding and arctic blew it by abandoning arccw and transitioning to LAG9/BLOAT9 :c

And ARCCW is much more easy to develop in compared to ARC9 from what i've seen, in fact i've been working on an ARCCW mod recently but it won't be ready to release anytime soon. Either way, there's no point in arguing about "which base is best", they're both good but they also have their own shortcomings.

ARC9 is a novelty at best since the only truly new functionality is the subslots, the universal camos and stickers system and the TPIK (the system that allows for thirdperson animations),
Other than that ARCCW tends to beat it in terms of performance and the fact that it has much more content than ARC9, especially since the customization has been much more limiting on ARC9 from the start because they didn't allow the usage of attachments and perks across other packs just for the sake of "realism" which isn't inherently a bad thing but ARCCW just gave more freedom in that regard. But then ARC9 has it's good content, but too little, ARCCW has more content made for it but unfortunately the base has been mostly abandoned because of the ARC9 hype (which i cant blame anyone for, the weapon packs are very fun to use).

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little boy called Joey, he was ten-years-old and he lived in a mental hospital because he posted a crappy copypasta onto a People Playground mod's comment section . He got so bad he went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the Feds decided that best idea was to get rid of him so they set up a special room to kill him, as inhumane as possible. And he sat there in agony for hours until he died. Now every week on the day of his death he returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00 a.m. He creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by pegging you and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other profiles on this one site, and he will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes nothing will happen: sorry man i am not taking the risk

Mirror I agree ARCCW is a bit better than ARC9 for sure. For some reason on Map Transitions ARCCW is the only weapon base that works without issues with Attachments and NPC's with minimal game errors, however its been like what..? 3 years since ARC9 was released? and they still havent fixed the map transition error that wasnt a problem in an older base? I am not exactly sure what people use ARC9 for? If you can't play any Campaign Addons with ARC9 weapons because of the broken map transitions the addon causes what do people use ARC9 for?

Hot take: I enjoy ARC9's Set of features and enjoy how it works. It's fun to develop on and I enjoy the more sleek UI, along with functionality. (I will admit I have never tried developing for ARCCW>)

@MIRROR, that isnt a hot take, thats a fact. (arccw is not a glorified zip bomb, therefore it is categorically better)

@MIRROR I only like ARC9 for the unlimited attachment feature (kinda like H3VR!). But only attachment that uses this that I know off is the ERECT9R suppressor :(

ARC9 is alright a bit unnecessary to have HL2 weapon replacements sent to on by default
