개발자모드로 불러서 확인해보니 제작대가 기계제작대로 변경되어있던데 뭔가 꼬인듯
"[NL] Realistic Body" mod. the shoes are misaligned.
Do you use mods that allow hair and helmets? I use such tweaks and most glasses, even masks, were exceptionally well for me.
I think I currently use Dubs apparel tweak.
The Camouflage Cloak is crafted at the fabrication bench after completing the Recon Armor research.
As for bags, they've been updated so that when VEF is installed, the actual carrying capacity also increases.

I tested with a minimal mod list and used an outfit policy that only allowed clothing from this mod. I observed the same behavior — the outfit policy had slightly changed from the one I originally set.
After resetting the outfit policy again, pawns automatically equipped the clothing from this mod as expected.
I'm going to disable it real quick to see if that fixes the issue, and I'll report back my findings.

While I recommend using a mod that enables hair to be shown, I’ve adjusted it so that hair is now visible even without such mods!
