Also the water in the skybox is invisible, which may suggest another issue.

Great work I would love to see a Prop Hunt version soon. To me it works well with PH but my main PH issues is we can do a full map through check in 2 minutes since there isn't a lot of props. So a few more added props, a few more rooms or other apartments attached by a hallway and it would be a good PH map.
