oh thats why, i was thinking it was because of the voice mods idk play all of the custom voices to make that noise

the reason that occurs is because some of the audio files are not the correct length: too long or too short. this mod was just an extraction from an existing mod so i didnt bother fixing any of that

question why was there a random noise at the end of some voice lines and the same can be said about the voice lines for other voice mods
