all honesty i'd rather take this as a mod for the gibus than its own hat
i personally like it and i'll probably get a strange if it gets in, but it's a bit too on-the-nose for it's own good and the wings seem rather contrived, like they were just put there to try to make it more original

however, i'll be the first to say the touch-ups look nice - MONOCULUS looking around is pretty funny, and making the horsemann's belt buckle glow purple makes it pop in dark environments [like halloween maps], not to mention the model and texture quality of 2024 compared to like 2013

if the wings are entirely necessary, maybe they could be made white or grey, or colored like medic's coat? it'd bring the same hint of white that comes with the gibus' upgrades, like the ghost or the belt buckle

that's just my thoughts
overall, i'd probably get one of these if it got in, but i'm not crossing my fingers over it

Paint region seems a bit large, maybe restrict it to the wings or hat band.

Add it so that the Gibus haters can shred their faces with their rusty cheese grater! 10/10
