This is an issue on your end. I just checked and the Workshop version correctly uses the hands model.

The first person hands are the way they are because trying to make his actual hands work in first person without breaking apart would take a long ass time

when i use the mat command his textures are back to normal

I think the old one was modified to fit the civilian/hl2 skeleton proportions. Which mine isn't, it instead is the original FO3 model just scaled on all axis to be about the same height as a civ. (And then alot of weight painting cleanup because old Bethesda games have kinda bad weightpainting)

I'm possibly doing more old GMT playermodels but from scratch to get better quality. GMT's textures almost always were cut in half in resolution, causing them to be yucky and blurry.

Missing textures is an issue on your end. Just made sure to double check, and just using the Workshop upload and it's working fine.

Currently, this model may be my only Fallout one for awhile as I want to try and work on doing "remasters/remakes" of old popular GMod playermodels and try to improve them.

I've actually tried to make a Gecko playermodel. Thought it's hard to do because even when making them stand more human like, their head causes issues and their short legs upset the magic of proportion trick.
