I'm not big on the design overall but I adore the name.

We all know how it's gonna end. Anyone unboxing it will straight up sell it for 1 cent and this cosmetic will be forgotten about since no one is actually gonna wear nor buy this. The whole point of Halloween is to have actual disguises that fits what the character actually likes.

-Does this look like a disguise? no
-Does this fit the class it was choosen for? no (soldier being dumb dosn't count)
-Is is a trowback to any internal or external media that involves tf2 like the sfm shorts or the comics? no
-Does it fit the heavily stylized art direction? yeah it kinda does
-Is it appropriate for the game? There's no issues to be found there

Conclusion: It's another unfortunate pass
