I don't know the munition mod but I think it changes object "GUN_DATA".
Do you know how to use FCS ?
At first, Click "Changes" on the top bar and find "Turret 00 powered" and "Turret 02 six powered".
Then click them and open their setting window.
Click "Add" and register the ammo you want to set.

I'm using the mod (Turret need munition ) ... what we can do for do the same with this great mod idea you did ?
