@Spotify Gamingtm not by themselves, I don't think there's any way to make a fixture animated by default, however you can manually make them move for BeamNG exports using the car trim description, similar to how e.g. animated steering wheels or speedometers for BeamNG exports work.

In the last step of the car design screen there's a "description" box, if you type ~prop:NUMBER,rpmspin,-0.0,1,0.0,0,0,0,-360.0,360.0,0.0,1~ in it (where "NUMBER" should be replaced with whatever fixture number the fan fixture is in your car) it'll act like a mechanical radiator fan directly mounted to the engine's driveshaft, thus making it spin at the same RPM as your car's engine. If you replace "rpmspin" with " radiatorFanSpin " it'll act like an electric radiator fan, automatically turning on/off depending on the car engine's temperature.
