In the last step of the car design screen there's a "description" box, if you type ~prop:NUMBER,rpmspin,-0.0,1,0.0,0,0,0,-360.0,360.0,0.0,1~ in it (where "NUMBER" should be replaced with whatever fixture number the fan fixture is in your car) it'll act like a mechanical radiator fan directly mounted to the engine's driveshaft, thus making it spin at the same RPM as your car's engine. If you replace "rpmspin" with " radiatorFanSpin " it'll act like an electric radiator fan, automatically turning on/off depending on the car engine's temperature.
