How do I increase how quickly the casting machine intakes fluid?

Conveyor Speed is not working, speed is not going above 1280 which is Conveyor IV speed.

ah thank you found it, I started my game and everything was bad cause I used this to change the power and stuff lol, luckily I still have my hd from old pc it was the processor that burned up

The game has a folder under user data that have the saves and all the settings but I don't know the exact path off the top of my head. It is where the player logs is

quick question where are the settings saved? My computer died and got a new one but need to get the mod settings files moved to new pc so I don't break my save

I seem to be able to get only one full belt out of transfer out of Medium Planetary Shipping Pads .. is there an adjustment for that (specifically Firmarlite bars coming down).

Not at this stage but the secret to the space station is the mod that gives upgrade queue then queue constructions bots unlimited and then solar unlimited. Ship or buy lots of construction blocks and in 2-3 hours of it running you will be doing 5 seconds to build anything😀

Is there any chance this could include station upgrade speed some day? Some upgrades take as long as a half our, and it feels like it will take day of literal playtime to finish everything that isn't infinite.

@DarkUncle i have added the modular building you requested and the settings i think you want but i have not tested it as it is harder to test than other buildings. let me know if it works

@himocanso can you confirm if setting the building transfer rate to "true/on" for your pipe networks which boosts all buildings with that pipe fixes your pump issues? it should set pumps to be much higher than the pipe speeds i believe solving your issue

they added max speeds internally to the game that you can't go past to stop belts breaking the game when they are too fast. Use my cargo pipes to feed multi sets of belts from under the floor when one belt reaches it limit and it basically removes all speed limits

Idk why but the Conveyor Speed multipier is not working for me... Any ideas why ? I´ve set the speed for the Conveyor IV to 64 (5120/min) but it still caps on 1280/min.

Pipe thoughput to 10k L per second is now a bool you can turn on per pipe network. You will need to rebuild the building to take effect and if turning it off you will need to exist and totally restart the program once you turn it off.

@jhughes I haven't needed to mess with the loaders seems thats redundant afai can tell. The pipes do show increased throughput however machines they go in to do not accept increased throughput; therefore increasing it, and the machine production of machines that use pipes, is useless rn.

Any update on throughput for buildings? Changing multiplier on chemical processor etc and pipe l/min is useless because it doesn't load enough product from the pipe to stay continuous

Sadly i don't have the files for the shipping pads to know what settings are set and to see if there is something to improve their speed. Ideally if you have the BOT/asset files you can see things changing between the tiers that you can then tweak to speed it up further

When adjusting the crafting speed of the casting machine, the pipes are still inputting the liquid into the machine slower than what's required to run at maximum. I've already checked the flow rate and water pump rate, which is more than enough to cover the one casting machine I put up.

Well...I wasn't aware of that V LMB screen that has a wealth of information. According to this, it is working as you stated. Perhaps the whole problem is the building input throttles. I was thinking we don't need this, just build more machines like the gods of Foundry intended, but I was having a hard time getting the ratios right between upstream and downstream machines. This diagnostic screen will help me do that. Thanks.

strange i have used it myself and another has as well and it use to work. I have not tried recently. It changes the max the pipe can handle not the thoughput in and out of buildings and is normally working next time you open a save. when you push "v" and view the pipe network it still says the same max thoughput?

I have experimented extensively with the pipe settings, and I can't see that the pipe throughput settings are having any effect (new pipes or old).

I noticed that ships only load/unload a 320/m for small transport pad and 640/m for medium transport pad. While the belt color is changed to match the belt attached. it still caps at the fore-listed speeds, regardless of belt speed or number of belts. Would love to be able to unload the ship faster. Not sure if its a function of the Landing pad or the ships themselves.

What setting do you want to change on ship load/unload? Mostly just changing building settings so depends if what you want is exposed

While you can set it high when you start a game you can't stop them running out but vein mining is infinite when you unlock it

Hello! Thanks for the mod, really useful!

Can i make a request? i dont know anything about modding, but it is possible to make a mod so the miners dont deplete resources, im not talking about efficiency, it just makes more with the same.

I love satisfactory, and i always used mods in factorio for infinite extractions, is it possible to do it here? or is it "hard coded"?

Thank you for this! Any way to increase the fluid input speed on machines like the chemical processor? We can crank up the build speed, but it can't maintain much more than 1x because it can't bring in fluids fast enough.
There's definitely a lot more throughput speed on the pipes, I've only just realised the machines themselves are pretty throttled.

You can modify the power output. Unless something changed. The last time I played I changed the output of all the solar panels to being 2x what they where before, and the batteries to like 10x the capacity. It has been awhile though so something may have changed.

Any chance to get solar panels added? Would be great for testing builds...as currently (afaik) there's no power "generator". There's a mod for creative adding of solids/liquids but no power.
