Can you add the ability to buy population for a province? Imo that would be sick, like per se if you playing as the UAE and you wanna grow hella, you can just buy population how you would be able to buy manpower on your province. Thank you, this mod is awesome already.

Maybe an option to get off-map dockyards like you can for civ and mil factories, just maybe add a requirement to have a coastline to take it.

У меня вопрос по поводу баланса. Я думаю что покупка заводов, слишком дешевая, так как можно взять один из начальных фокусов (который дает 150 политки) и сразу закупится 5 заводами.
Как Вы думаете, можно ли сделать цену покупки, например 200 350 и 450 политки?

Could you perhaps add a decision that adds military, air force and naval xp? It would be cool if it can tied if there is any current wars going on (Ex: Player sends advisor officers to Spanish to gain Military XP). However there is a Attache system for that already :P
